After graduating from Goldsmith’s College, Faiza worked as a financial journalist at Mergermarket. During her time there, Faiza was responsible for originating UK M&A intelligence and has an extensive knowledge of the M&A world.

Faiza joined Livingstone in 2008 to work as an analyst in the Industrial and Business Services sector and is currently completing The Securities Institute Certificate in Corporate Finance.

Following the completion of his university studies (Bachelor of Economics), Juan obtained an MBA in the Madrid Business School "Instituto de Empresa". He started his career as Financial Director in international transport and courier company UPS Iberia. Juan joined Livingstone in 2001 as an executive in the Madrid office.



Juan has worked on transactions in a variety of sectors, most notably the transport and logistics, food and building products sectors.

Brian performs financial analysis, modeling, and research across the corporate finance transactions of the firm. Prior to joining Livingstone, he completed internships in real estate private equity and in General Electric’s Financial Management Program.

B.A., Northwestern University

Following completion of both a Bachelors of Science in Management as well as a Master of Finance degree from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, Fletcher began his career in Investment Banking as an analyst at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co., a Chicago-based M&A boutique. At BGL Fletcher gained experience in both domestic and international transactions across an array of industries. In 2005 he was promoted to senior analyst and began to focus exclusively on cross-border M&A. In 2007, Fletcher joined Livingstone Partners as a member of the team in Madrid, Spain. Fletcher has worked on transactions in a variety of sectors, including industrial products, packaging, consumer products and healthcare services. B.S.M., MFIN

Ryan brings more than two years of middle market investment banking experience to Livingstone, working on multiple M&A and capital raising transactions in a variety of sectors, including healthcare services, metals, and niche manufacturing. He also has significant cross-border transaction experience from his tenure with Brown Gibbons Lang & Company in Chicago. Ryan previously worked at Merrill Lynch Financial Services.

Graham obtained a BA in English and Linguistics at University College, Durham and has also attained both The Securities Institute Certificate in Corporate Finance and The Securities Institute Diploma.

He joined Livingstone in 2005, from the mid-market corporate finance team at KPMG. Since doing so he has successfully completed a broad range of company disposals and private equity transactions.

Graham works across a variety of sectors, with a strong emphasis on the Industrial sectors.

BA

Paul heads the firm’s Media & Technology (media:tech) practice. He has over 13 years of experience in the technology sector.

Paul was most recently a Partner at RelevantC Consulting, where he led its Strategy and M&A Advisory practice. His early career spanned executive roles in business development and marketing for Consumer Electronics, Internet Services, Digital Media, and Semiconductor companies, including Hewlett-Packard and Texas Instruments.

Education: B.S., Engineering, Southern Methodist University M.B.A., University of Chicago Graduate School of Business

After graduating from Lancaster University with a BA in philosophy, Eleanor joined KPMG in London where she qualified as a chartered accountant.

Eleanor transferred to the Corporate Finance arm of KPMG in 2004 where she completed a significant number of transactions focusing mainly on financial services businesses and private equity exits. She joined Livingstone in 2007 and works across a variety of sectors.

BA ACA

After graduating from Durham University, Neil joined his family business, and was actively involved in the sale of that groups of companies in a cross-border deal. Neil has lived in Spain since 1985, and working in M&A since 1991. He was the founding partner of what is now Livingstone Spain. He has led deals in a variety of sectors, including construction products, industrial manufacturing, transport and logistics and food many of which have been international in nature. He has been responsible for a significant amount of leverage buy-outs. Neil currently heads the Retail and Leisure sector at Livingstone Spain. He speaks at several prestigious conferences in Spain and also teaches at the Instituto de Empresa, one of Europe's leading business schools.

After graduating from Manchester University with a first class honors degree, Simon qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in London.

Since joining Livingstone Partners in 1994, Simon has led over 75 deals across a variety of sectors, acting for owner managers, corporate and private equity houses.

Whilst Simon heads up the Leisure & Retail sector team, he continues to be actively involved in the IT services and support services sectors.


BA ACA

Marta has a degree in Business Studies and a Masters in Finance and Stock Exchange. Upon graduating she worked in the management department of a private bank. Since 2002 Marta has worked as an M&A analyst for Livingstone partners. Marta's work is focused on sector analysis, company valuations and project management especially in the food and drink, packaging and consumer products sectors.

Having completed his schooling in Australia, Daniel graduated from Oxford University in 2000. He then moved to the United States to join Tyco Electronics Corporation, the world's largest supplier of passive electronic components, where he worked as part of Tyco's in-house M&A team. Upon his return to the UK, Daniel joined Moore Stephens Corporate Finance, where he advised clients on a range of transaction types. He continued his education in his spare time, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 2004.

Daniel devotes most of his time to working in Livingstone's Consumer sector team, with a specific focus on Consumer Brands.

MA (Oxon)

Paul studied Law with French Law and Language at the University of East Anglia in Norwich and spent a year in France at l’Université Jean Moulin in Lyon. Upon graduating Paul joined James Cowper in Reading where he worked as an Auditor and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003. The following year Paul transferred to the firm’s Corporate Finance department where he worked on a variety of transactions for unquoted companies across a range of sectors. Paul joined Livingstone in January 2007.

LLB ACA

Chris heads Livingstone’s Business Services and Technology practices. He brings to the firm 10 years of investment banking experience across a broad range of industries.

Prior to joining Livingstone, he was a Managing Director at Wells Fargo Securities, where he helped develop its middle market investment banking practice. Chris previously spent five years at Merrill Lynch & Company, specializing in technology and related sectors, and was a corporate attorney for Sidley & Austin.

After graduating in Economics from Manchester University, Richard qualified as a lawyer at Paisner & Co before joining Herbert Smith as a corporate lawyer.

Richard co-leads Livingstone's Media & Marketing Services team, having joined the firm in 2006 from KPMG Corporate Finance where he was instrumental in the development of its Media practice. Richard has led a wide range of transactions across the publishing, information, exhibitions, marketing services, broadcasting and content rights sectors. He has also advised on transactions in the consumer and industrial products, business services, leisure and technology sectors.

Richard teaches a course entitled 'How to manage a Transaction' on the MBA course at INSEAD.

Karl brings nearly five years of corporate finance, transaction and restructuring experience to Livingstone, including work in many industry sectors and both debtor and creditor representation. He was previously a Corporate Restructuring Vice President at Mesirow Financial Consulting and transaction manager at KPMG.

Following graduation from Cambridge University and law school, Jeremy joined Clifford Chance, the international corporate law firm. Since qualifying as a lawyer in 1991 Jeremy has specialised in M&A in the public and private company arenas.

Jeremy joined Livingstone in 1993, he has led deals in a variety of sectors including defence and automotive engineering, printing and packaging, building products and consultancy.

Jeremy is primarily responsible for leading the firm's Business Services sector team but is also active in Media & Marketing Services industry. Jeremy has played an active role in developing Livingstone's international M&A capability.

MA

With a degree in Business Management and a Masters in Tax advice, Javier has worked in several national and multinational firms as Finance Director, in industries such as Advertising, Textile Manufacturing and Retail and Electronics. He joined the predecessor of Livingstone Spain in 1999, and he has completed numerous deals across a range of sectors, including manufacturing, software, and financial services. Drawing on his corporate experience, Javier primarily focuses on light manufacturing and services, and is responsible for the media and marketing services team.

Degree in Business Management and a Masters in Tax advice

Kristian joined BDO Stoy Hayward in 1998, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, working with entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses.

In 2004 he joined KPMG's mid-market Corporate Finance team, where he focused on private equity transactions with clients including Candover, Exponent, Trinity Mirror and National Accident Helpline.

He was a member of the healthcare and support services teams at KPMG prior to joining Livingstone in 2007.

Kristian now focuses on the Business Services sector team.

After gaining her Degree in Economic Sciences from Hasselt University (Belgium), Elena worked for over a year as a junior M&A consultant in the Netherlands (Strategy & Finance, B.V.) after which she moved back to Spain and joined in 2001 the Madrid team of Livingstone partners as an M&A executive and coordinator for the firm’s international projects. As deal originator for the company, Elena is responsible for the origination and development of national and international transactions with Livingstone Partners in its various territories. She has broad experience working with national and multinational clients on cross-border disposal and acquisition projects mainly in the Business Services sector (Facilities Management, Certification Services and Human Resources) and Industrial Manufac

Patrick qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in Dublin. He then joined multinational fruit distributor The Fyffes Group in London as Special Projects Accountant where he gained extensive operational and corporate finance experience working in the UK, USA and Spain.

Patrick has led a significant number of management buy-outs/buy-ins, acquisition and disposal assignments since joining in 1994. He has extensive experience in the food, print & packaging,manufacturing and home and building products sectors. He heads up Livingstone's Private Equity practise and Livingstone's Consumer team.

BCOMM ACA

Scott heads the firm’s Packaging, Environmental Hygiene (Jan/San) and Specialty Chemicals practices. He has over 12 years of middle market corporate finance experience across multiple industry sectors, including industrial growth, consumer and business services.

Scott was most recently a principal at Piper Jaffray and was previously a director at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company. He began his career in the Leveraged Finance Group at LaSalle Bank (Bank of America).

Education: B.S., Texas Christian University, M.J. Neely School of Business

David brings to Livingstone ten years of investment banking and corporate development experience, primarily in the technology, media, and telecom sectors.

Prior to joining Livingstone, David worked as a Principal for RCBG, an M&A advisory firm, where he advised global technology, media, and telecom companies and Private Equity Groups on strategic acquisitions and divestitures. Previously, he held corporate and business development roles at Motorola, Level 3 Communications, and Airvana.

Education: B.S. B.A., University of Illinois M.B.A., Harvard Business School

After completing a BSc in Psychology at Teesside University, Michelle went on to complete an MSc in Evolutionary Psychology at Liverpool University.

Previously a business analyst at PPM Ventures, part of the Prudential, Michelle joined Livingstone in 2004 to work primarily as an analyst across Leisure and Marketing Services sectors. She has since moved into a Business Development role, working closely with team members to create deal and investment opportunities for Livingstone's clients.

Bsc, Msc

After graduating from Hatfield College, Durham University with a degree in Natural Sciences, Alex qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in London. During his time at KPMG, Alex gained extensive M&A tax and transaction services experience, with a particular focus on property and construction companies.

Alex joined Livingstone in January 2007, and works across a variety of sectors.

After graduating from Durham University in 1999, Christopher qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in London. During his five years at Ernst & Young, he gained extensive experience of the financial services industry, spending the last two years working in M&A where he advised on a number of acquisitions and corporate disposals.

Christopher joined Livingstone in 2005, and has since completed numerous disposals and management buy-outs. Christopher is a member of the firm's Consumer team, with a focus on Leisure. His recent deals include the disposals of Screen Cinemas and Oakwood Theme Park, and the management buy-outs of Maximuscle and Education and Adventure Travel.

James joined Livingstone in 1999, having qualified as a lawyer at international law firm Cameron McKenna.

James has led in excess of 40 transactions comprising a range of disposals, acquisitions and MBOs for corporate, private equity and entrepreneurial clients, predominantly within the Business Services and Consumer sectors.

He is a member of Livingstone's Business Services and Consumer sector teams.


LLB

Steven graduated from the Universtiy of Southern California in Los Angeles (USA) with a business degree and qualified as a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Andersen in San Francisco and Brussels. He earned an MBA from the London Business School. He has over 20 years experience as a finance director in the oilfield services, logistics and media sectors, where he was involved in a variety of strategic M&A transactions. Since he joined Livingstone in 2005, Steven has been involved in cross border deals involving the United States, England, Belgium and Germany. He has closed transactions in the business services sector and he has many contacts within the Spanish industrial sector.

Tim joined Livingstone in 1989 with experience of buying and selling companies as a principal.

Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young, he moved into a corporate development role with a number of international groups.

Tim has advised on over 100 deals at Livingstone with deal values of up to £200m ($400m). He has worked with owner-managers, listed and international groups, private equity houses and management teams on buying and selling businesses in sectors such as marketing services, technology, recruitment, food and financial services. Tim is jointly responsible for Livingstone's Media & Marketing Services team.

ACA

Bill has over 15 years of experience in investment banking, responsible for the generation and execution of financial adviory transactions including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt advisory, privatizations and special operations.

Before he joined Livingstone in 2008 as a Partner, Bill was Executive Director and founding member of the Madrid office of Lazard; Director and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions of Banco Central Hispanoamericano in Madrid and Senior Associate in Salomon Brothers International Ltd. in London.


Biochemical and Molecular Biology -University of Madrid MBA - IESE

Ramiro is a qualified engineer, and holds an bi-lingual MBA from Houston University/University of Madrid. Working for Eaton Corporation as part of their corporate M&A team, Ramiro was responsible for analyzing opportunities in the automotive sector across South America. After a period working in private equity, Ramiro transferred to Madrid, where he has been a Director of M&A. He joined Livingstone in 2005. Among others he has experience in automotive parts, transport and logistics and construction materials. He is primarily responsible for Livingstone’s industrials team in Spain.

Phillip joined Livingstone in 2006, having previously led Deloitte's Industrial Products team globally and having led transactions for corporate and private equity clients in Europe, the United States, the Middle East and Australasia.

He has extensive experience of the Industrials sector, with specific experience of Packaging & Print and Automotive. Phillip co-leads the Industrial team.

Dan brings one year of middle market investment banking experience to Livingstone, working on multiple M&A and capital raising transactions. Prior to joining the firm, he was an analyst at Headwaters MB in the Capital Formations Group. Prior to Headwaters, he completed an internship with UBS Investment Bank and a seminar in Corporate Finance at the University of Edinburgh.

Jenny qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers after joining the firm from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. During her time at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Jenny gained extensive experience in the insurance industry while completing the American Chartered Financial Analyst exams for global investment professionals.

In 2006, Jenny joined Livingstone after relocating to London and works across the firm's broad spectrum of sector specializations, with a particular emphasis on retail.

Steve leads Livingstone's Infrastructure and Industrial practices. He has 14 years experience advising middle market companies on M&A transactions, financial restructurings, and debt and equity raises. Before founding the firm, Steve was a Managing Director at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. and a Vice President at Morgan Keegan. He began his career in 1997 with Goldsmith Agio Helms & Co. and returned to that firm as a Managing Director in 2006 to lead several significant infrastructure-sector transactions.

Tom brings five years of commercial finance experience to Livingstone. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Assistant Vice President at LaSalle Bank/ABN AMRO in Chicago, covering the financial services industry. Prior to LaSalle Bank, he worked as a middle market commercial banker at JP Morgan Chase in Chicago.

Robi brings nine years of direct investment banking experience, including significant work in the industrial sector and on crossborder transactions, gained as a Vice President for W. Y. Campbell & Co. and as a Senior Associate for First of Michigan’s Investment Banking group. He was previously a financial consultant for Merrill Lynch.

Education: M.B.A., Wayne State University; B.A., University of Michigan

Nigel started his initial career at Price Waterhouse after joining the firm from Liverpool University with an upper second degree in Biotechnology.

In 1993, he joined Invex, a specialist firm of corporate finance advisers, where he acquired substantial experience of closing deals, many of them involving owner managers and the venture capital community. Immediately prior to joining Livingstone in 2001, Nigel gained significant experience at Deloitte's Corporate Finance where he was responsible for originating, leading and completing a variety of transactions, with an emphasis on Technology deals.

At Livingstone, Nigel focuses on the Technology sector and a mix of M&A and private equity transactions across most other industry sectors.

Jim brings over a decade of middle market expertise and healthcare and industrial experience to Livingstone. Jim most recently served as a Director at Lazard Middle Market (formerly known as Goldsmith Agio Helms & Co.) and was an investment banking associate with Lehman Brothers. A CPA, he began his career with Arthur Andersen.

B.S.B.A., University of Illinois College of Commerce M.B.A., University of Chicago Graduate School of Business

Jaime obtained a degree in Law & Business Administration at St. Pablo CEU (Madrid), he started his career as a lawyer. After returning from London, working with the Sol Melia group he obtained a MBA at Instituto de Empresa (Madrid). Before he joined Livingstone partners in 2007, he was working in Caterpillar Finance as an EAME (Europe, Africa & Middle East) Finance Analyst, reporting to the company’s vicepresident. He is currently working on projects in the services sector.

After graduating from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Modern Languages, Jo gained commercial experience working for a number of companies prior to joining Livingstone in 1998 as a Research Assistant. Jo has extensive knowledge of the Business Services sector, including consultancies, facilities management, support services and logistics sectors.

BA

After graduating from University College, London with a degree in history in 1995, Tom joined the Financial Times Group, where he worked as a sector analyst. Since he joined Livingstone in 1998, Tom has led a number of transactions in a variety of different sectors and has developed considerable experience in the Consumer, Technology and Business Services sectors. Much of Tom's current role is focused on developing Livingstone's Food & Beverage, Human Capital and Technology sectors, leading transactions and generating deal opportunities.

After graduating from the University of Warwick with a BSc (Hons) Economics, Srila joined Livingstone Partners in 2007 to work as an analyst primarily focused on the Media, Technology and Marketing Services sectors.

Eva earned a degree in Administración y Dirección de Empresas from Universidad de Valencia, and has a Master in Quantitative Finance. She started her career in a family company, then she joined Bancaja working in the structuring of capital market financing transactions. In June 2006 she started working in the financial department of an important real estate group structuring the financing of transactions. Eva joined Livingstone in 2007.

Tamara Scribante originally from South Africa, gained her BA (Law) LLB from the University of Stellenbosch in 2000 and then went on to do her professional legal training at the School for Legal Practice in 2001. She then accepted a role at Jennifer Mynhardt Attorneys in South Africa where she trained as a candidate attorney. In 2002, she moved to Dublin where she worked for Zurich Financial Services/Eagle Star as a legal consultant. A year later, Tamara moved to London to work as a paralegal in the litigation department handling a case portfolio of 220 fast and multi-track claims.

In 2004, Tamara took on yet another challenge as part of the Livingstone Business Development team and works across the firm's full spectrum of industry sectors specialisations.

BA (Law) LLB

David leads the firm’s Private Equity practice and business development functions, and directs client engagements. With nearly ten years experience in investment banking, he has particular cross-border and financial buyer expertise. Prior to founding Livingstone, he was a Managing Director at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. and spent four years at William Blair & Company as an executive in the financial sponsors coverage group. Previously, he was General Counsel to the Illinois Development Finance Authority and an advisor to Illinois Governor Jim Edgar.

Education: J.D., University of Illinois College of Law; B.S.B.A., University of Illinois College of Commerce

Nigel graduated from Oxford University in 1978 having studied PPE.

He spent the first 11 years of his career working in the City, both as a shipbroker and corporate financier with a leading merchant bank.

In 1989 he formed and led a management buy-in of a leading caravan manufacturing company based on the South Coast. This business was sold in 1995 at which stage he was asked to take control of a packaging company that was in financial difficulties. He completed a successful turnaround of the company, which was sold in 1998.

Since that time he has been involved in running several other packaging companies as well as acting as an NED of a medical equipment company and Chairman of an AIM listed technology business.

After finishing his studies, Ximo began working in the Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros (Foundation of Market and Financial Studies), a part of the Valencia Stock Exchange, as a member of the team that developed the Mercado de Futuros de Cítricos (Futures Market for Citrus Products). In 1997 he joined what is now Livingstone, where he began working on M&A activities with Neil Collen. In 2004 he was promoted to Director of the firm and in 2007 he became a partner of the firm alongside Neil Collen. Ximo has had many years experience with private equity in Spain, and has closed deals in facilities management, IT and light manufacturing. Ximo currently heads our IT sector team.

Bachelor of Science in Economics (Valencia)

After graduating from University College London with a BSc (Hons) degree in Information Systems and Management, Ian worked as a Systems Consultant for Northern Connection a boutique IT implementation house, before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2004. During his time at PwC, Ian worked with leading multinationals in the Technology and Financial Services sectors in the area of Information Technology Risk Management and Best Practice. At Livingstone, Ian is focused on the Technology and Media sectors.

Greg attended Manchester Metropolitan University where he gained a BA (Hons) in Business Administration. He is an experienced researcher with over eight years experience gained from positions at PwC, NM Rothschild & Sons and Reuters. Greg joined Livingstone in 2004 where he works across many sectors, with a particular focus on the Industrials sector.

After graduating from the University of Surrey with a BSc (Hons) Retail Management and MSc International Management, Harsha worked as a retail analyst for Verdict Research, a market research consultancy. During his time at Verdict, Harsha gained wide exposure to the sector and developed a particular focus on multi-channel and home related markets. Harsha joined Livingstone in 2007 to work as an analyst in the Leisure and Consumer team, with an emphasis on retail.
