Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Maryanne attended Monash University, gaining a Bachelor of Business & Commerce before working at KPMG Corporate Finance in the Debt Advisory Team. She then gained exposure to a variety of financial markets at Macquarie Bank in the Equity Capital Markets Team, and more recently at UBS Wealth Management and Asset Management. Maryanne is a member of Livingstone Partners’ Business Development team, working closely with the Industrial and Business Services sector teams.

Philip studied Business Administration at the University of Duesseldorf before he started his career in the transaction services department of Ernst & Young in 2005.
Since 2007 he worked with Bank of Scotland in Frankfurt. First as a member of a multi-national leverage finance team and later on as part of the local corporate finance team he was involved in a wide range of financing transactions.
Philip joined Livingstone Germany in 2010 as a Senior Consultant.

Johannes Dupke - Consultant (Livingstone Düsseldorf)

Johannes studied Business Administration at the University of Cologne, the Helsinki School of Economics and the University of Oulu in Finland. In his studies he was focused on finance and corporate finance and graduated in 2009.
He completed various internships at investment banks and consultancies in Germany and abroad. He also gained practical insights on a project for a trade and services conglomerate.
Due to his academic and professional record Johannes has a broad set of international experiences.
Johannes joined Livingstone Germany in 2009 as a Consultant.

Christian Grandin - Partner (Livingstone Düsseldorf)

Christian began his career in the venture capital department of a large German bank. He then took over the position as Managing Director of a mid-cap tooling company serving the steel industry to restructure the business.
After a successful turnaround, he joined the M&A consultancy firm InterFinanz in early 1997 where he was Managing Director and Partner from 2000 until the end of 2008. In this function he was in charge of the increasing internationalisation of the advisory services offered by InterFinanz and played a substantial role in founding a leading international partnership of independent M&A advisors where he was made sole Managing Director upon foundation.
Christian is co-founder and shareholder of Livingstone Germany.
He has expert knowledge in the automotive, electrical engineering, information technology, mechanical engineering and tooling, food & beverages, textiles, construction materials and sanitary industries.

Patrick Groarke - Partner (Livingstone London)

Patrick qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in Dublin. He then joined multinational fruit distributor The Fyffes Group in London as Special Projects Accountant where he gained extensive operational and corporate finance experience working in the UK, USA and Spain. Patrick has led a significant number of management buy-outs/buy-ins, acquisition and disposal assignments since joining in 1994. He has extensive experience in the Food, Print & Packaging, Manufacturing and Home and Building Products sectors. He heads up Livingstone's Private Equity practise and co-heads Livingstone's Consumer team.

Ralph began his career in the international audit and transaction services departments of KPMG.
He then spent four years with a large German bank as a project manager and later as head of equity financing for mid-cap technology companies.
From 2002 until the end of 2008 he worked for the M&A consultancy firm InterFinanz, from 2006 as a Partner.
Ralph is co-founder and shareholder of Livingstone Germany.
He has gained expert knowledge in cross-border transactions with strategic buyers as well as leveraged buy-outs with financial investors. He has specific transaction experience in automotive, metal and plastic processing, packaging, specialty chemicals, the aviation industry and industrial services.

Jochen began his career in the private equity division of a large German bank in 1992. For his first three years, he was in charge of venture capital financing of young technology companies, then for a further three years he worked as team-head in the equity financing division for mid-cap companies and specialised in IPOs.
From 1999 until the end of 2008 he worked for the M&A consultancy firm InterFinanz, from 2002 as a Director and from 2006 as a Partner.
Jochen is co-founder and shareholder of Livingstone Germany.
He has international transaction experience and specialist knowledge of technology industries including mechanical and plant engineering, automotive, electrical engineering, sanitary industry, technical wholesale, information technology & Internet, MedTech and travel & leisure.

During his Bachelor’s degree in International Financial Management at the European School of Finance Nürtingen, the California State University Fullerton in the US and at the Ajou University in Korea, he gained expertise in financial markets and corporate finance. Whilst attending the University of Leeds, United Kingdom, for his Masters of Finance in 2008 and 2009, he specialized in Investments and International Business Finance.
He completed internships with an investment bank and an insurance company and was able to gain practical experience in the field of international acquisitions.
His analysis of the influence of the international venture capital valuation guidelines on the valuation process was published in a known journal.
Philipp joined Livingstone Germany in 2010 as a Consultant.

After graduating from Hatfield College, Durham University with a degree in Natural Sciences, Alex qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in London. During his time at KPMG, Alex gained extensive M&A tax and transaction services experience, with a particular focus on property and construction companies. Alex joined Livingstone in January 2007, and works across a variety of sectors.

Steven graduated from the Universtiy of Southern California in Los Angeles (USA) with a business degree and qualified as a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Andersen in San Francisco and Brussels. He earned an MBA from the London Business School. He has over 20 years experience as a finance director in the oilfield services, logistics and media sectors, where he was involved in a variety of strategic M&A transactions. Since he joined Livingstone in 2005, Steven has been involved in cross border deals involving the United States, England, Belgium and Germany. He has closed transactions in the business services sector and he has many contacts within the Spanish industrial sector.

Phillip joined Livingstone in 2006, having previously led Deloitte's Industrial Products team globally and having led transactions for corporate and private equity clients in Europe, the United States, the Middle East and Australasia. He has extensive experience of the Industrials sector, with specific experience of Packaging & Print and Automotive. Phillip co-leads the Industrial team.

Tamara Scribante originally from South Africa, gained her BA (Law) LLB from the University of Stellenbosch in 2000 and then went on to do her professional legal training at the School for Legal Practice in 2001. She then accepted a role at Jennifer Mynhardt Attorneys in South Africa where she trained as a candidate attorney. In 2002, she moved to Dublin where she worked for Zurich Financial Services/Eagle Star as a legal consultant. A year later, Tamara moved to London to work as a paralegal in the litigation department handling a case portfolio of 220 fast and multi-track claims. In 2004, Tamara took on yet another challenge as part of the Livingstone Business Development team and works across the firm's full spectrum of industry sectors specialisations.

Greg attended Manchester Metropolitan University where he gained a BA (Hons) in Business Administration. He is an experienced researcher with over eight years experience gained from positions at PwC, NM Rothschild & Sons and Reuters. Greg joined Livingstone in 2004 where he works across many sectors, with a particular focus on the Industrials sector.

Agnes studied Business Administration and Translation at the University of Pécs in Hungary and at the University Jean Moulin Lyon3 in France. She gained her Master of Science in 2004.
In the course of her studies, she completed a number of traineeships with international organisations, in the media as well as in an international FMCG company. After graduation she gathered international management consulting experience.
From 2006 until 2008, Agnes worked for the M&A consultancy firm InterFinanz as a consultant and joined the founding team of Livingstone Germany in 2009.
She is experienced in international transactions, research and knowledge management and has thorough knowledge of the packaging, industrial and financial services, HVAC and consumer goods sectors.
