Following his studies of Political Science at the Inner Mongolia Normal University in Huhhot, China, Baoshan studied Business Administration at the University of Cologne in Germany. In the course of his studies in Germany he completed internships at an international auditing firm and a global chemical corporation. In addition, he gained professional experience through the participation in various Chinese-German projects. Baoshan joined Livingstone Germany in 2011 as a Consultant. He is responsible for the China Desk of Livingstone Partners. Baoshan has a profound knowledge in Chinese economic policies and Sino-German cultural management.
