After graduating from Manchester University with a first class honors degree, Simon qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in London.
Since joining Livingstone Partners in 1994, Simon has led over 75 deals across a variety of sectors, acting for owner managers, corporate and private equity houses.
Whilst Simon co-heads the Consumer sector team, he continues to be actively involved in the Human Capital, Healthcare, and Technology sectors.

Having completed his schooling in Australia, Daniel graduated from Oxford University in 2000. He then moved to the United States to join Tyco Electronics Corporation, the world's largest supplier of passive electronic components, where he worked as part of Tyco's in-house M&A team. Upon his return to the UK, Daniel joined Moore Stephens Corporate Finance, where he advised clients on a range of transaction types. He continued his education in his spare time, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 2004.
Daniel devotes most of his time to working in Livingstone's Consumer sector team, with a specific focus on Consumer Brands.

After graduating from the University of Poznan with a BA in International Law and Politics, Kasia joined data analytics provider, Dealogic, as an emerging market analyst. She then moved to the USA where she worked as an implementation consultant for a professional services firm. Upon her return to the UK, Kasia has gained considerable experience of the mid-market through analyst roles at HSBC, Deutsche Bank and a London-based investment banking boutique. At Livingstone, Kasia is focused on providing market research, insight and potential acquirer analysis across the Marketing Services and Media sectors.

He has over five years’ experience as an Analyst through previous roles at retail consultancy Verdict and Datamonitor, and has acquired commercial experience working for a number of firms in the food manufacturing and retail supply chain sectors.
Harsha joined Livingstone in 2007, focusing on the Consumer sector and has extensive knowledge of Food Manufacturing, Travel and Retail.

After graduating from Durham University, Neil joined his family business, and was actively involved in the sale of that groups of companies in a cross-border deal. Neil has lived in Spain since 1985, and working in M&A since 1991. He was the founding partner of what is now Livingstone Spain. He has led deals in a variety of sectors, including construction products, industrial manufacturing, transport and logistics and food many of which have been international in nature. He has been responsible for a significant amount of leverage buy-outs. Neil currently heads the Retail and Leisure sector at Livingstone Spain. He speaks at several prestigious conferences in Spain and also teaches at the Instituto de Empresa, one of Europe's leading business schools.

David leads Livingstone’s Private Equity practice and directs client engagements, specializing in the Consumer sector. With ten years experience in investment banking, he has extensive cross-border and financial buyer expertise. Prior to co-founding Livingstone USA, he was a Managing Director at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. and spent four years at William Blair & Co. Previously, he was General Counsel to the Illinois Development Finance Authority and an advisor to Illinois Governor Jim Edgar.

Agnes studied Business Administration and Translation at the University of Pécs in Hungary and at the University Jean Moulin Lyon3 in France. She gained her Master of Science in 2004.
In the course of her studies, she completed a number of traineeships with international organisations, in the media as well as in an international FMCG company. After graduation she gathered international management consulting experience.
From 2006 until 2008, Agnes worked for the M&A consultancy firm InterFinanz as a consultant and was part of the founding team of Livingstone Germany in 2009.
