Faiza Ahmed - Analyst (Livingstone London)

After graduating from Goldsmith’s College, Faiza worked as a financial journalist at Mergermarket. During her time there, Faiza was responsible for originating UK M&A intelligence and has an extensive knowledge of the M&A world. Faiza joined Livingstone in 2008 to work as an analyst in the Industrial and Business Services sector and is currently completing The Securities Institute Certificate in Corporate Finance.

Karl brings nearly five years of corporate finance, transaction and restructuring experience to Livingstone, including work in many industry sectors and both debtor and creditor representation. He was previously a Corporate Restructuring Vice President at Mesirow Financial Consulting and transaction manager at KPMG.

Kristian joined BDO Stoy Hayward in 1998, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, working with entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses. In 2004 he joined KPMG's mid-market Corporate Finance team, where he focused on private equity transactions with clients including Candover, Exponent, Trinity Mirror and National Accident Helpline. He was a member of the healthcare and support services teams at KPMG prior to joining Livingstone in 2007. Kristian now focuses on the Business Services sector team.

After gaining her Degree in Economic Sciences from Hasselt University (Belgium), Elena worked for over a year as a junior M&A consultant in the Netherlands (Strategy & Finance, B.V.) after which she moved back to Spain and joined in 2001 the Madrid team of Livingstone partners as an M&A executive and coordinator for the firm’s international projects. As deal originator for the company, Elena is responsible for the origination and development of national and international transactions with Livingstone Partners in its various territories. She has broad experience working with national and multinational clients on cross-border disposal and acquisition projects mainly in the Business Services sector (Facilities Management, Certification Services and Human Resources) and Industrial Manufac


Stephen Miles - Partner (Livingstone Chicago)

Steve leads Livingstone's Infrastructure and Industrial practices. He has 14 years experience advising middle market companies on M&A transactions, financial restructurings, and debt and equity raises. Before founding the firm, Steve was a Managing Director at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. and a Vice President at Morgan Keegan. He began his career in 1997 with Goldsmith Agio Helms & Co. and returned to that firm as a Managing Director in 2006 to lead several significant infrastructure-sector transactions.

Tom brings five years of commercial finance experience to Livingstone. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Assistant Vice President at LaSalle Bank/ABN AMRO in Chicago, covering the financial services industry. Prior to LaSalle Bank, he worked as a middle market commercial banker at JP Morgan Chase in Chicago.

Nigel Morgan - Director (Livingstone London)

Nigel started his initial career at Price Waterhouse after joining the firm from Liverpool University with an upper second degree in Biotechnology. In 1993, he joined Invex, a specialist firm of corporate finance advisers, where he acquired substantial experience of closing deals, many of them involving owner managers and the venture capital community. Immediately prior to joining Livingstone in 2001, Nigel gained significant experience at Deloitte's Corporate Finance where he was responsible for originating, leading and completing a variety of transactions, with an emphasis on Technology deals. At Livingstone, Nigel focuses on the Technology sector and a mix of M&A and private equity transactions across most other industry sectors.

Tamara Scribante - Business Development (Livingstone London)

Tamara Scribante originally from South Africa, gained her BA (Law) LLB from the University of Stellenbosch in 2000 and then went on to do her professional legal training at the School for Legal Practice in 2001. She then accepted a role at Jennifer Mynhardt Attorneys in South Africa where she trained as a candidate attorney. In 2002, she moved to Dublin where she worked for Zurich Financial Services/Eagle Star as a legal consultant. A year later, Tamara moved to London to work as a paralegal in the litigation department handling a case portfolio of 220 fast and multi-track claims. In 2004, Tamara took on yet another challenge as part of the Livingstone Business Development team and works across the firm's full spectrum of industry sectors specialisations.
