Hat-trick for Livingstone Directors

Graham Carberry, Kristian Gavan and Christopher Jones have been promoted to Directors at Livingstone Partners.Jeremy Furniss commented: “Their promotions are richly-deserved based on their outstanding performances in the last few years and, in particular, the agility that they have shown in moving from a ‘boom’ M&A market into the much more challenging environment in which we find ourselves today. Carberry (28) has focused primarily on the Industrial sector, with notable successes in the Construction Products, Industrial Services and Defence verticals. Gavan (30) plays a leading role in Livingstone’s Business Services’ team, focusing on the Consultancies and Facilities Services markets. Jones (31) devotes most of his energies to the Consumer sector, and was responsible for closing Livingstone London’s two latest transactions: the sales of financial services consultancy bfinance and digital marketing agency PDV last week.
In Q1 2009, Livingstone Partners completed nine deals, compared to 31 in the whole of 2008.
