Neil Collen - Partner (Livingstone Madrid)

After graduating from Durham University, Neil joined his family business, and was actively involved in the sale of that groups of companies in a cross-border deal. Neil has lived in Spain since 1985, and working in M&A since 1991. He was the founding partner of what is now Livingstone Spain. He has led deals in a variety of sectors, including construction products, industrial manufacturing, transport and logistics and food many of which have been international in nature. He has been responsible for a significant amount of leverage buy-outs. Neil currently heads the Retail and Leisure sector at Livingstone Spain. He speaks at several prestigious conferences in Spain and also teaches at the Instituto de Empresa, one of Europe's leading business schools.

Johannes Dupke - Consultant (Livingstone Düsseldorf)

Johannes studied Business Administration at the University of Cologne, the Helsinki School of Economics and the University of Oulu in Finland. In his studies he was focused on finance and corporate finance and graduated in 2009.
He completed various internships at investment banks and consultancies in Germany and abroad. He also gained practical insights on a project for a trade and services conglomerate.
Due to his academic and professional record Johannes has a broad set of international experiences.
Johannes joined Livingstone Germany in 2009 as a Consultant.

Richard Fetterman - Partner (Livingstone London)

After graduating in Economics from Manchester University, Richard qualified as a lawyer at Paisner & Co before joining Herbert Smith as a corporate lawyer. Richard is jointly responsible for Livingstone’s media:tech team, having joined the firm in 2006 from KPMG Corporate Finance where he was instrumental in the development of its Media practice. Richard has led a wide range of transactions across the media sector. He has also led transactions in the consumer and industrial products, business services, leisure and technology sectors. Richard is currently developing Livingstone’s global healthcare sector team.

Kristian Gavan - Director (Livingstone London)

Kristian joined BDO Stoy Hayward in 1998, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, working with entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses. In 2004 he joined KPMG's mid-market Corporate Finance team, where he focused on private equity transactions with clients including Candover, Exponent, Trinity Mirror and National Accident Helpline. He was a member of the Healthcare and Support Services teams at KPMG prior to joining Livingstone in 2007. Kristian now focuses on the Business Services sector team.

Christian Grandin - Partner (Livingstone Düsseldorf)

Christian began his career in the venture capital department of a large German bank. He then took over the position as Managing Director of a mid-cap tooling company serving the steel industry to restructure the business.
After a successful turnaround, he joined the M&A consultancy firm InterFinanz in early 1997 where he was Managing Director and Partner from 2000 until the end of 2008. In this function he was in charge of the increasing internationalisation of the advisory services offered by InterFinanz and played a substantial role in founding a leading international partnership of independent M&A advisors where he was made sole Managing Director upon foundation.
Christian is co-founder and shareholder of Livingstone Germany.
He has expert knowledge in the automotive, electrical engineering, information technology, mechanical engineering and tooling, food & beverages, textiles, construction materials and sanitary industries.

Jenny Meister - Deal Leader (Livingstone London)

Jenny qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers after joining the firm from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. During her time at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Jenny gained extensive experience in the insurance industry while completing the American Chartered Financial Analyst exams for global investment professionals. In 2006, Jenny joined Livingstone after relocating to London and works across the firm's broad spectrum of sector specializations, with a particular emphasis on retail.

Jim Moskal - Managing Director (Livingstone Chicago)

Jim heads Livingstone’s Healthcare practice. He has over a decade of experience working with entrepreneurial and large companies on financial and strategic projects, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, debt issuances, financial statement audits, and consulting engagements. Most recently, Jim served as Director at Goldsmith Agio Helms (Lazard Middle Market) and as an associate with Lehman Brothers. He began his career at Arthur Andersen.

Dr. Ralf Nowak - Partner (Livingstone Düsseldorf)

Ralf started his career as trainee in the finance department of Thyssen and moved thereafter into the industrial participations group of a large German bank. From 1999 until 2004 he worked as team leader and Senior Manager for Industrial Products with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance and formed part of the Ernst & Young international M&A group. For the following 5 years Ralf was Director Corporate Development EMEA for a large international industrial US firm.
Ralf joined Livingstone Germany mid 2010 as a Partner.
In the last 18 years, Ralf has gained extensive experience in M&A Advisory, Finance, Controlling and Integration management. He led more than 50 transactions to a close.
Ralf has deep sector knowledge in Industrial Products, Chemicals, Packaging, Logistics, Industrial Services and Health Care.

Dr. André Schröer - Transaction Manager (Livingstone Düsseldorf)

After his Ph.D. studies at the University of Mannheim André started his career in an International Law Firm and continued from 2005 to 2007 in the Transaction Tax department of Ernst & Young Frankfurt as a certified Tax Advisor.
From 2007 until 2009 he worked with Investkredit Bank AG, Frankfurt Branch where he established the business in France within the leverage finance team. He evaluated and was involved in a wide range of financing transactions and gained several restructuring experience. Besides, he held a teaching assignment of the University of Applied Sciences, Frankfurt.
After a short time as assistant to the CEO of a large Tax consulting firm André joined Livingstone Germany in 2010.
André has international transaction experience and special knowledge within the automotive sector, chemical-wholesale, retail and turnkey industry projects.



Ximo Villarroya - Partner (Livingstone Madrid)

After finishing his studies, Ximo began working in the Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros (Foundation of Market and Financial Studies), a part of the Valencia Stock Exchange, as a member of the team that developed the Mercado de Futuros de Cítricos (Futures Market for Citrus Products). In 1997 he joined what is now Livingstone, where he began working on M&A activities with Neil Collen. In 2004 he was promoted to Director of the firm and in 2007 he became a partner of the firm alongside Neil Collen. Ximo has had many years experience with private equity in Spain, and has closed deals in facilities management, IT and light manufacturing. Ximo currently heads our IT sector team.

Harsha Wickremasinghe - Research (Livingstone London)

After graduating from the University of Surrey with a BSc (Hons) Retail Management and MSc International Management, Harsha worked as a retail analyst for Verdict Research, a market research consultancy. During his time at Verdict, Harsha gained wide exposure to the sector and developed a particular focus on multi-channel and home related markets. Harsha joined Livingstone in 2007 to work as an analyst in the Leisure and Consumer team, with an emphasis on retail.
