Our goal is to add value to our clients from the very outset of a new project. In order to supplement our transacting skills and further strengthen our offering to clients, we have developed a growing advisory panel of seasoned industry veterans, each of whom is highly respected in his or her field. Our Industry Advisers work exclusively for Livingstone in the M&A arena and bring with them a wealth of operational experience as well as board level contacts around the world.
As well as involving an Industry Adviser in every relevant new corporate finance project, our advisers also regularly undertake consultancy projects, ranging from pre-sale grooming through to post-acquisition integration, as well as undertaking non-executive roles.
