March 2005

Following on from another successful year, Livingstone has continued to strengthen its Deal Leader and Analyst teams.

Following the addition of experienced advisers Frank Bulman (previously at Close Brothers Corporate Finance) and Nuala Higgins (previously at Grant Thornton Corporate Finance) in late 2004, the leading boutique has added two further corporate financiers.

Daniel Domberger and Graham Carberry have joined the London-based team as Deal Leader and Corporate Finance Executive respectively. Daniel joins from the in-house M&A team at major US multi-national, Tyco International, via the corporate finance team at accountants, Moore Stephens. Graham previously worked for KPMG as part of the South East regional mid-market team, where he assisted on a variety of company disposals.

In addition, Michelle Holford has joined the company as an Analyst to work primarily across Leisure and Marketing Services sectors. Prior to joining Livingstone Michelle was a business analyst at PPM Ventures, the private equity arm of the Prudential.

Partner Jeremy Furniss commented: “We have been busy recruiting to keep up with - and anticipate - growing demand for our services in the mid-market. I would be very surprised if we did not add further members to the team before Q4 2005.”

In 2004, Livingstone completed 22 deals with an aggregate deal value of £750 million.
