Livingstone adds to Chicago team

Livingstone Partners, today announced the addition of Andrew Bozzelli and Connor Mitchell to the firm’s growing Chicago team. Co-founder David Sulaski commented, “Demand for Livingstone’s advisory services continues to grow; fortunately the current market is throwing up some great opportunities to recruit talent and we expect to continue to hire throughout 2010.”Bozzelli joins Livingstone as an Associate from KPMG, where he was a member of the Financial Services Group. He brings over five years of experience advising private equity firms and corporations on tax issues related to U.S. and international equity and debt investments.
Mitchell joins as an Analyst from Chicago-based mid-market M&A adviser Billow Butler & Company, where he participated in M&A and capital raising projects in a variety of sectors, including consumer products and technology. He previously worked at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. and the Merrill Lynch Private Banking and Investment Group.
