London Office Promotes Alex John

Alex John has been promoted to Director at Livingstone’s London office.

Alex joined Livingstone in January 2007 from the M&A tax department of accountant KPMG. Since then, Alex has advised on and led a large number of transactions, including disposals, acquisitions and MBOs for owner manager and private equity clients. Deals have included the sales of EIC, Hamworthy Heating, Hallmark Industries and, most recently, Reed & Mackay; buy-outs have included Brandon Hire and Exploration Logistics.

Alex has built considerable experience within the Industrial and Business Services sectors. Particular areas of expertise include HVAC/building products, engineered products and automation/controls.
