Having completed his schooling in Australia, Daniel graduated from Oxford University in 2000. He then moved to the United States to join Tyco Electronics Corporation, the world's largest supplier of passive electronic components, where he worked as part of Tyco's in-house M&A team. Upon his return to the UK, Daniel joined Moore Stephens Corporate Finance, where he advised clients on a range of transaction types. He continued his education in his spare time, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 2004.
Daniel devotes most of his time to working in Livingstone's Consumer sector team, with a specific focus on Consumer Brands.

Richard Fetterman - Partner (Livingstone London)

After graduating in Economics from Manchester University, Richard qualified as a lawyer at Paisner & Co before joining Herbert Smith as a corporate lawyer.
Richard is jointly responsible for Livingstone’s media:tech team, having joined the firm in 2006 from KPMG Corporate Finance where he was instrumental in the development of its Media practice. Richard has led a wide range of transactions across the media sector. He has also led transactions in the consumer and industrial products, business services, leisure and technology sectors. Richard is currently developing Livingstone’s global healthcare sector team.

With a degree in Business Management and a Masters in Tax advice, Javier has worked in several national and multinational firms as Finance Director, in industries such as Advertising, Textile Manufacturing and Retail and Electronics. He joined the predecessor of Livingstone Spain in 1999, and he has completed numerous deals across a range of sectors, including manufacturing, software, and financial services. Drawing on his corporate experience, Javier primarily focuses on light manufacturing and services, and is responsible for the media and marketing services team.

Jochen began his career in the private equity division of a large German bank in 1992. For his first three years, he was in charge of venture capital financing of young technology companies, then for a further three years he worked as team-head in the equity financing division for mid-cap companies and specialised in IPOs.
From 1999 until the end of 2008 he worked for the M&A consultancy firm InterFinanz, from 2002 as a Director and from 2006 as a Partner.
Jochen is co-founder and shareholder of Livingstone Germany.
He has international transaction experience and specialist knowledge of technology industries including mechanical and plant engineering, automotive, electrical engineering, sanitary industry, technical wholesale, information technology & Internet, MedTech and travel & leisure.

After completing a BSc in Psychology at Teesside University, Michelle went on to complete an MSc in Evolutionary Psychology at Liverpool University.
Previously a business analyst at PPM Ventures, part of the Prudential, Michelle joined Livingstone in 2004 to work primarily as an analyst across Leisure and Marketing Services sectors. She has since moved into a Business Development role, working closely with team members to create deal and investment opportunities for Livingstone's clients.

Steven Lewis - Partner (Livingstone Madrid)

Steven graduated from the Universtiy of Southern California in Los Angeles (USA) with a business degree and qualified as a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Andersen in San Francisco and Brussels. He earned an MBA from the London Business School. He has over 20 years experience as a finance director in the oilfield services, logistics and media sectors, where he was involved in a variety of strategic M&A transactions. Since he joined Livingstone in 2005, Steven has been involved in cross border deals involving the United States, England, Belgium and Germany. He has closed transactions in the business services sector and he has many contacts within the Spanish industrial sector.

Jenny qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers after joining the firm from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. During her time at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Jenny gained extensive experience in the insurance industry while completing the American Chartered Financial Analyst exams for global investment professionals.
In 2006, Jenny joined Livingstone after relocating to London and works across the firm's broad spectrum of sector specializations, with a particular emphasis on retail.

After graduating from University College London with a BSc (Hons) degree in Information Systems and Management, Ian worked as a Systems Consultant for Northern Connection a boutique IT implementation house, before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2004. During his time at PwC, Ian worked with leading multinationals in the Technology and Financial Services sectors in the area of Information Technology Risk Management and Best Practice. At Livingstone, Ian is focused on the media:tech sector.

After graduating from Lancaster University with a BA in philosophy, Eleanor joined KPMG in London where she qualified as a chartered accountant.
Eleanor transferred to the Corporate Finance arm of KPMG in 2004 where she completed a significant number of transactions focusing mainly on financial services businesses and private equity exits. She joined Livingstone in 2007 and works across a variety of sectors.
