Graham Carberry - Deal Leader (Livingstone London)

Graham obtained a BA in English and Linguistics at University College, Durham and has also attained both The Securities Institute Certificate in Corporate Finance and The Securities Institute Diploma. He joined Livingstone in 2005, from the mid-market corporate finance team at KPMG. Since doing so he has successfully completed a broad range of company disposals and private equity transactions. Graham works across a variety of sectors, with a strong emphasis on the Industrial sectors.

Karl brings nearly five years of corporate finance, transaction and restructuring experience to Livingstone, including work in many industry sectors and both debtor and creditor representation. He was previously a Corporate Restructuring Vice President at Mesirow Financial Consulting and transaction manager at KPMG.

Scott Hasley - Managing Director (Livingstone Chicago)

Scott heads the firm’s Packaging, Environmental Hygiene (Jan/San) and Specialty Chemicals practices. He has over 12 years of middle market corporate finance experience across multiple industry sectors, including industrial growth, consumer and business services. Scott was most recently a principal at Piper Jaffray and was previously a director at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company. He began his career in the Leveraged Finance Group at LaSalle Bank (Bank of America).

Alex John - Deal Leader (Livingstone London)

After graduating from Hatfield College, Durham University with a degree in Natural Sciences, Alex qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in London. During his time at KPMG, Alex gained extensive M&A tax and transaction services experience, with a particular focus on property and construction companies. Alex joined Livingstone in January 2007, and works across a variety of sectors.

Phillip McCreanor - Partner (Livingstone London)

Phillip joined Livingstone in 2006, having previously led Deloitte's Industrial Products team globally and having led transactions for corporate and private equity clients in Europe, the United States, the Middle East and Australasia. He has extensive experience of the Industrials sector, with specific experience of Packaging & Print and Automotive. Phillip co-leads the Industrial team.

Tamara Scribante - Business Development (Livingstone London)

Tamara Scribante originally from South Africa, gained her BA (Law) LLB from the University of Stellenbosch in 2000 and then went on to do her professional legal training at the School for Legal Practice in 2001. She then accepted a role at Jennifer Mynhardt Attorneys in South Africa where she trained as a candidate attorney. In 2002, she moved to Dublin where she worked for Zurich Financial Services/Eagle Star as a legal consultant. A year later, Tamara moved to London to work as a paralegal in the litigation department handling a case portfolio of 220 fast and multi-track claims. In 2004, Tamara took on yet another challenge as part of the Livingstone Business Development team and works across the firm's full spectrum of industry sectors specialisations.

Greg Watterson - Analyst (Livingstone London)

Greg attended Manchester Metropolitan University where he gained a BA (Hons) in Business Administration. He is an experienced researcher with over eight years experience gained from positions at PwC, NM Rothschild & Sons and Reuters. Greg joined Livingstone in 2004 where he works across many sectors, with a particular focus on the Industrials sector.
