Stephen Miles

Steve leads Livingstone’s Industrial and Environmental practices. He has 15 years of experience advising middle market companies on M&A transactions, financial restructurings, and debt and equity raises. Before co-founding Livingstone USA, Steve was a Managing Director at both Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. and Goldsmith Agio Helms & Co. (Lazard Middle Market). He previously worked with middle market companies in a variety of advisory capacities at Bank of america and Morgan Keegan, and via principal activities at Harbour Group and Foundation Partners.
