Philip studied Business Administration at the University of Duesseldorf before he started his career in the transaction services department of Ernst & Young in 2005.
Since 2007 he worked with Bank of Scotland in Frankfurt. First as a member of a multi-national leverage finance team and later on as part of the local corporate finance team he was involved in a wide range of financing transactions.
Philip joined Livingstone Germany in 2010 as a Senior Consultant.

Jochen Hense - Partner (Livingstone Düsseldorf)

Jochen began his career in the private equity division of a large German bank in 1992. For his first three years, he was in charge of venture capital financing of young technology companies, then for a further three years he worked as team-head in the equity financing division for mid-cap companies and specialised in IPOs.
From 1999 until the end of 2008 he worked for the M&A consultancy firm InterFinanz, from 2002 as a Director and from 2006 as a Partner.
Jochen is co-founder and shareholder of Livingstone Germany.
He has international transaction experience and specialist knowledge of technology industries including mechanical and plant engineering, automotive, electrical engineering, sanitary industry, technical wholesale, information technology & Internet, MedTech and travel & leisure.

Michelle Holford - Business Development (Livingstone London)

After completing a BSc in Psychology at Teesside University, Michelle went on to complete an MSc in Evolutionary Psychology at Liverpool University. Previously a business analyst at PPM Ventures, part of the Prudential, Michelle joined Livingstone in 2004 to work primarily as an analyst across Leisure and Marketing Services sectors. She has since moved into a Business Development role, working closely with team members to create deal and investment opportunities for Livingstone's clients.

James joined Livingstone in 1999, having qualified as a lawyer at international law firm Cameron McKenna. James has led in excess of 40 transactions comprising a range of disposals, acquisitions and MBOs for corporate, private equity and entrepreneurial clients, predominantly within the Business Services and Consumer sectors. He is a member of Livingstone's Business Services and Consumer sector teams.

Tamara Scribante - Business Development (Livingstone London)

Tamara Scribante originally from South Africa, gained her BA (Law) LLB from the University of Stellenbosch in 2000 and then went on to do her professional legal training at the School for Legal Practice in 2001. She then accepted a role at Jennifer Mynhardt Attorneys in South Africa where she trained as a candidate attorney. In 2002, she moved to Dublin where she worked for Zurich Financial Services/Eagle Star as a legal consultant. A year later, Tamara moved to London to work as a paralegal in the litigation department handling a case portfolio of 220 fast and multi-track claims. In 2004, Tamara took on yet another challenge as part of the Livingstone Business Development team and works across the firm's full spectrum of industry sectors specialisations.

David leads Livingstone’s Private Equity practice and directs client engagements, specializing in the Consumer sector. With ten years experience in investment banking, he has extensive cross-border and financial buyer expertise. Prior to co-founding Livingstone USA, he was a Managing Director at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. and spent four years at William Blair & Co. Previously, he was General Counsel to the Illinois Development Finance Authority and an advisor to Illinois Governor Jim Edgar.

Harsha Wickremasinghe - Research (Livingstone London)

After graduating from the University of Surrey with a BSc (Hons) Retail Management and MSc International Management, Harsha worked as a retail analyst for Verdict Research, a market research consultancy. During his time at Verdict, Harsha gained wide exposure to the sector and developed a particular focus on multi-channel and home related markets. Harsha joined Livingstone in 2007 to work as an analyst in the Leisure and Consumer team, with an emphasis on retail.
